How Chhenapoda is Made

Step 1: Milk Collection

Fresh milk is collected from the cow to prepare the base for Chhenapoda.

The milk is boiled and curdled to make soft chhena (Indian cottage cheese).

Step 3: Mixing Ingredients

Chhena is mixed with sugar, cardamom, and dry fruits to create a smooth batter.

The mixture is placed in a banana-leaf-lined steel bowl and baked over fire (chulha).
