Fresh milk is collected from the cow to prepare the base for Chhenapoda.
The milk is boiled and curdled to make soft chhena (Indian cottage cheese).
Chhena is mixed with sugar, cardamom, and dry fruits to create a smooth batter.
The mixture is placed in a banana-leaf-lined steel bowl and baked over fire (chulha).
Once baked and cooled, Chhenapoda is sliced and served as a delicious traditional sweet.
