At CrectaFoods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept return or replacement requests only under specific conditions, due to the perishable nature of our product – Chhenapoda. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order. Return or exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The issue must be reported with valid photo/video proof of damage or incorrect delivery.
  • Return requests due to taste preferences are not applicable.
  • No Refund No exchange.
  • Courier charges for return may be applicable in specific cases.
