Refund and Cancellations

Amount once paid through the payment gateway is non-refundable except under the following circumstances:

1 - If a customer is charged more than once due to technical issues (e.g., duplicate transactions), the excess amount (excluding gateway charges) will be refunded.
2 - If the payment is successful but the order confirmation fails due to a system error, the full order amount will be refunded or the order will be manually fulfilled at no additional cost to the customer.

Customers must email a refund request along with transaction details and proof of payment to support@crectafoods.com.

All refund requests will be verified, and if found valid, the refund will be initiated & credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or bank account shared.

The following cases are also considered for refund processing if payment fails or is incomplete due to:

1 - Incomplete or incorrect payment information.
2 - Insufficient funds in the account at the time of transaction.
3 - Bank or network failure resulting in failed transactions.
4 - Unforeseen situations like server issues, downtime, or force majeure.
5 - If the payment was unsuccessful, an email confirmation of the failed transaction will be sent to the customer.

CrectaFoods reserves the right to cancel or suspend a user's account at its discretion without prior notice in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

If an account is terminated due to violation of terms, CrectaFoods holds no obligation to notify or compensate. Any illegal or abusive activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Any dispute or claim arising from transactions or service issues will be resolved through binding arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Disputes will be handled on an individual basis and not as part of a class or group proceeding.
